Owner and head chef Guven Serce has had over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the catering business… waiter, bartender, manager and now head chef and owner of his own establishment.
Originally from a small town just outside of Istanbul, Guven has been schooled in high standards of the restaurant industry and customer care, working at prestigious hotels from Istanbul Hilton and Kaya Prestige in Izmir through to managing boutique restaurants in holiday resorts Bodrum, Kusadasi and Uludag Bursa.
After moving to Liverpool and first working at the Hilton Hotel followed by becoming the restaurant manager at Ramada Hotel, it was soon time to launch his own venture.
